About Blyss Wellness
Meet Ibtissam
I created Blyss Wellness because I needed a space like this myself.
For a long time, I knew how to keep moving forward. I was capable, responsible, and used to carrying a lot. I knew how to get things done, push through, and keep going.
But eventually, I realized that constantly doing more wasn't bringing me closer to feeling well.
I needed to slow down.
Yoga became the beginning of that shift.
Through years of practice, I became more curious about the relationship between the body, breath, mind, and everyday life. Breathwork, meditation, Kundalini yoga, and Reiki became additional ways for me to explore that connection.
What started as a personal practice eventually became something I wanted to share.
That is how Blyss Wellness was born.
Why Blyss Wellness
You don't always need to do more. Sometimes you need space to come back to yourself.
Blyss Wellness was created for people who are capable of carrying a lot, but don't want to spend their lives running on empty.
Maybe you're moving through a demanding season. Maybe you've been giving a lot of yourself to work, relationships, family, or life in general. Maybe you simply feel like you've been living from your head and haven't had much space to check in with the rest of you.
You don't need to reach a breaking point to begin. And you don't need to pretend you're fine.
Blyss is a space to slow down, breathe, move, listen inward, and reconnect with your body.
No pressure to have it all figured out. No expectation to perform your way through the process.
Just intentional space to be where you are.
My Approach
Your body already knows the way back.
My work is about creating the conditions for you to remember it. Before anything can shift, the body needs to feel safe enough to settle. That's where we begin.
I don't believe there is one practice, one routine, or one definition of wellbeing that works for everyone.
My work brings together practices that have supported me personally and professionally across different dimensions of wellbeing: Breathwork, Yoga, meditation and Reiki.
Some practices invite movement. Some invite stillness. Some bring your attention to the breath and body. Others create space for reflection, awareness, and intentional change.
My role is to create a supportive environment and guide you through practices that allow you to explore what feels right for you.

The Intention Behind Blyss Wellness
Blyss Wellness is not about perfection.
It's not about becoming a better version of yourself every day.
And it's not about adding another thing to your list.
It's about creating intentional space to slow down, listen to yourself, and reconnect with what you need.
Because taking care of yourself doesn't always have to mean doing more.
Find Your Calm. Rediscover Your Joy.
