60 min · Online via Zoom

A guided, conscious breathing practice designed to support relaxation, awareness, nervous system regulation, and a greater sense of presence.

Your breath is always with you. Yet in the middle of a busy day, it's easy to lose awareness of it.

A breathwork session creates dedicated space to slow down and bring your attention back to your body and your breathing. Through guided conscious breathing, you'll be invited to explore your breath at a pace that feels supportive and appropriate for you.

No previous experience is required.

What to Expect

Before Your Session - You'll receive the Zoom link before your session. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without interruption. Wear comfortable clothing and have water nearby. At the beginning of the session, we'll take a few minutes to connect and discuss how you're feeling and anything you'd like to focus on.

During Your Session - I'll guide you through the breathing practice and provide instructions throughout the session. You may notice changes in your breathing, body sensations, thoughts, emotions, or level of awareness. Everyone experiences breathwork differently. There is no particular experience you need to have. You remain in control of your practice throughout the session. Camera is optional.

After Your Session - We'll take a few moments to slow down and check in before ending the session. You may want to leave yourself some quiet time afterward rather than immediately moving into a busy schedule. Drink water, rest, journal, take a gentle walk, or simply notice how you're feeling.
