A gentle distance energy healing practice in the Usui/Holy Fire® III lineage.

Reiki is a gentle practice that creates space for relaxation, rest, and turning your attention inward.

Blyss Wellness offers Reiki remotely over a live video call, so you can receive your session from the comfort of your own space.

What to Expect

Before Your Session - we'll begin with a brief conversation about how you're feeling and what you'd like from your session. Then you'll find a comfortable, quiet place where you can relax. You can sit or lie down, whatever feels most comfortable.

During Your Session - I'll facilitate the distance Reiki session while you rest comfortably in your own space. You may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, relaxation, or simply a sense of stillness. Some people notice very little during a session. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki. You don't need to do anything. Simply allow yourself to rest.

After Your Session - we'll reconnect briefly and give you space to share anything you'd like to discuss about your experience. You may feel relaxed, grounded, energized, or simply ready for some quiet time. There's no need to force an interpretation or particular outcome.

Do I Need to Believe in Reiki?

No. You don't need previous experience with Reiki or any particular belief system to participate. Come with curiosity and an open mind.

How Does Distance Reiki Work?

Distance Reiki is held over a live Zoom call, so you don't need to be physically present with me. You can receive your session from home or another comfortable location. No physical touch is involved.
